THE MEANDERWALKER

I am Lauren Frohne. I’m 23 years old, and I live in Durham, North Carolina.

I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in the Spring of 2006 with a vague degree in English, and now I spend my daytimes working in “Public Relations” as a writer. That is, until I begin graduate school at my alma mater in August,  where I will pursue a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (focusing on Multimedia) as a Park Fellow.

I like reading and writing about new media and the internet, writing stories and articles, taking photos, and wearing cardigans. I like music and I read books.

I’ve studied and performed improv comedy, produced comedy festivals and a theater, and I’ve played in events in Chapel Hill-Carrboro, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, New York, and Toronto. But I’m on hiatus, indefinitely.

I obsess about stuff and I write things. I love the internet. And I blog about those things.
